Once the immediate fallout has been dealt with, we can also advise on and assist you in recovering your financial losses from suppliers.
We can assist you in the preparation of contingency plans to ensure you are prepared to respond appropriately should an incident arise. Our insurance specialists within the team can also review insurance cover, to ensure that it will apply if a recall is instigated – this is not always the case, and the costs of a recall can be considerable.
