Our retail technology team has worked with clients in the retail sector for many years and are ideally placed to help our retail clients to understand how best to ensure that the contractual, legal, reputational and regulatory issues are successfully managed in a way that also enables new technologies to be rolled out quickly and securely.


We regularly advise on matters such as software licensing and development (including the use of agile methodologies which can be used to great effect within the retail sector to ensure the rapid deployment of software), cloud computing, hosted services, data analytics, systems integration and outsourcing.
